- Identity Verification: Send OTP codes to verify phone number ownership

We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
We may share your data only in the following cases:
- Your Municipality: Complaints and suggestions are sent to your municipality for follow-up
- Legal Obligation: If required by law or court order
5. Data Storage and Security
- All data is stored on secured servers
- Communication between the app and server is encrypted
- Authentication tokens are encrypted using Keychain (iOS) and Keystore (Android)
- Passwords are hashed and cannot be viewed
6. Your Rights
- Access: View your personal data through your profile in the app
- Modification: Update your information at any time from the Settings screen
- Deletion: Permanently delete your account from within the app (Settings → Delete Account). All personal data will be anonymized
- Opt-out: Disable notifications from the app settings
